Saiga Mags

Does anyone have a source for Saiga 7.62x39 mags? Needs to be Saiga, or something that will work reliable and hold open on the last shot. I do not have the bullet guide installed.

I get my saiga mags here, steep but they have 15 rounders....

I have those as well, have performed flawlessly for awhile now. I've used them in a 3 gun match as well as during practice, they get dropped in the dirt and have worked well for me.

Surefire and SGM Tactical are the same company and they supply both Sportsmens Tactical and Mississippi auto.........very good mags , and i like that they make 15 rounders for us that have are limited to undercapacity mags.

that was my experience...

 

you are going to rapidly change mags and the pressure of the bolt is on the mag...

Are you referring to the bump on the follower?...definately don't like the added pressure on the mag release or the bolt slam upon removal...and would like to do the mod...but looking at the bottom of the follower on my sgm mags the bump is hollow....and is it not needed to get the rounds to stagger?...i can't find a how to on here or you tube ..

I'd honestly like to be able to own 30 rounders as i heard the lucky people in America can... Lol ....But would settle for more info on the mod vlad mentioned and do it on my 15 rnd sgm mags lol

I made a slight slant into that piece so the bolt carrier would ride up over it on the last shot..
