The only description I can find is:

 

Each Warrior Care Pack is filled with essentials that our wounded, ill, and injured vets need now to aid their path to recovery

 

We're not spending $25 to send a package of 20 Q-tips and 10 wet-naps, with some middleman skimming off the value of the remaining $20, right?

 

If that is the case I'd rather just buy a USPS priority mail flat rate box, fill it up with stuff I get myself and ship it to an Afghanistan APO/FPO for $13.45:
