M4 Ramps on barrel extension with A3 Receiver

So I've looked and looked and found the same picture 100x over:

 

 

Now my situation is just "Ok" instead of "good" because I found a great deal on a barrel with m4 cuts (really really great deal). Now is it worth it with living with just Ok or sell the barrel for a small profit and get a proper rifle barrel.

 

From my understanding issues only arise when in full auto which is clearly not going to be happening, but I wanted some feedback from more experienced members.

 

It's a high end (read: pricey) build so I want to make sure I'm not cutting any corners.

Yes it is GTG. If it bothers you, change it. I would not. Build It Shoot It. Not even the cartridge will give a damn.
