Will my shotgun be illegal

Hey guys, so if the new laws go through is my Remington 870 Express Synthetic with a 18" smooth bore barrel still legal even though the big bad word "tactile" is in the receiver?

The 870 is a pump shotgun, so long as it is 26" long and has an 18" barrel it can be whatever. Round count, pistol grip, folding stock, bayonet lug, detachable magazine, doesn't matter for pump, lever, or bolt guns.

Nope, better trade me for my New Haven 600AT, It's a Mossberg 500, but with a wood stock, that makes it OK in NJ. Better be safe than sorry

Oh, I forgot that Remington isn't standing behind us other than telling us to stand up for our rights. Is there a shotgun manufacter that is now refusing to sell to states that have restricted our rights? 'Cause I'll by their shotguns instead.

I'm kinda still new to the whole firearms thing, so lemme see if I understand this... This: http://www.brownells.com/shotgun-parts/stock-forend-parts/adjustable-stock-parts/buttstock-forend-sets/brownells-zombie-hunter-stock-forend-prod53475.aspx would be acceptable on my new 870 here in NJ, even though this stock is a 4 point collapsing stock, because it's a pump rather than semi...?
