Suggestions on a new .45 ACP handgun?

Just have to be diligent and keep searching. LGS's (I'm sure one of our sponsoring dealers would be glad to order it for you, just no telling when you would have it), if you are close enough, stores in Eastern PA, gun shows, gun broker. Oak Hill Enterprises in Ulster, PA (sells a lot on Guns America - also have a website) gets a lot of "special" Smiths in stock. Don't forget that there are currently two models - the JM and the PC, but there are other variations that were made in the past that you may find used.
