That he kidnapped and held someone at gun point while trying to rape him is far more of an issue than whether or not he owned the guns legally or not, unless somehow him using legal firearms makes him a better person than using illegal ones.

Released on $50,000.00 bail! WTF! Sounds like kidnapping, terroristic threats, attempted rape, illegal discharge of a firearm, giving alcohol to a minor and who knows what else. Doesn't say much for our judicial system, but then I guess we all know it sucks..........
