lunker 274 Posted July 11, 2013 Nothing feels better than a 4" k frame 357. $350 for a Model 19 4" barrel shooter isn't bad. I paid double that for a mint 19-3 snubbie.
Duppie 73 Posted July 11, 2013 I got that too and was tempted , if it was a 3 inch barreled model would be all over it but the price seems quite good and nothing shoots like a Smith.
njJoniGuy 2,133 Posted July 11, 2013 As the owner of a couple of M19's and a few M66's, this is a sweet deal. For those of you looking for that foolproof bedside gun for your wife/girlfriend/lover (don't let them meet each other - the drama will be overwhelming) this is the ticket. No safeties or magazines to have to deal with. Just keep squeezing the trigger till it doesn't go BANG, just CLICK. Load it with light 38spl for even the most recoil sensitive shooter to practice with at the range. Or try .38+p for a bit more energy. Or even some full house .357mag for its full potential. Your choice, entirely. But don't miss the opportunity.
Clintoon Eastwood 2 Posted July 11, 2013 This model 19 is so beautiful to me. Only the model 29 is prettier
9thMarines 44 Posted July 12, 2013 As said earlier. You cant go wrong with a Smith. Paid $450 for my 14-3 back in 07. Its my "go to" nightstand gun. Sounds like a decent price.

Price: $369.95 Depending on what some shops grad fair condition seems like a good deal. I saw a 4 inch S&W model 19-3 for $500 a few weeks ago but it was in very good condition with very little wear. I got that too and was tempted , if it was a 3 inch barreled model would be all over it but the price seems quite good and nothing shoots like a Smith. If this was a 3 inch barrel it would probably sell for $600+ all day. Not many older 3 inch S&W's around and prices on Gunbroker are just plain ridiculous.
