Man pulled over for driving with pliers

Instead of a steering wheel.

 

I have heard of this urban legend but never believed anyone would be so stupid to try it.

 

Any of you LEOs seen anything like this?

I once drove a cat 235 track excavator right down braodway at 5 in the morning without an escort. A cop pulled along side and screamed at me what the heck are you doing.

I replied going to a job about 5 blocks up. He smiled and said dont kill no one kid and took off. I was a kid back in 1990.LOL

On the plus side, that's a really good anti-theft device...unlock the pliers, put em in your pocket, and no one is going anywhere in that car.
