Yeah, these a groovy. Make a nice navigation/map/don't-trip-up-the-stairs light that won't give your position away or flare out your NODs. They are also great on breaching guns.

 

I am going to get one for my helmet to replace the SF light I have there as soon as the XMas bills are paid.

They have IR too, if you're going to use on a helmet with NODs
