to be fair Jersey was 45 on the personal freedom ranking, just 49 on the overall.

 

so let's see I am moving from Colorado with an overall freedom ranking of 2 to New Jersey a state with an overall freedom ranking of 49....yup my life makes sense

well.... the other stuff is just an fu addon for the lack of personal freedoms. It is a weird state though. This is what happens when law is set on precedent. You have laws on the books that just dont make sense. But this takes me back to civics classes and law 101.
