FYI re ammo at Dicks Sporting goods.

Dicks currently advertises UMC remington 9mm etc, for $11.98 if buying 10 boxes, or $12.98 if buying each box. Most stores are out... however when I went in to buy yesterday, boxes of CCI marked $14.99, rang up as a substitue for remingtons, at $12.98.

 

FYI for the local board members. Dicks in Lawrenceville/Princeton had about 20 boxes left as of friday.

Is this the only Dicks that's sells ammo in Central Jersey? I'm always in the one in Freehold, and never even thought to look for ammo in Dicks. I know u mentioned checking other stores , so maybe you knew

I think every dicks sells ammo. =) In the freehold one, it is upstairs in the lodge. Go up the escalator, make right, another right, and all the way down.

 

I didnt know they sell ammo until i became gun owner.

Yup, go there too but you have to get there when the sale starts. Otherwise it'll be gone when you go.

They all sell it up here but their stock has been almost zero. Unless they get some large shipments I wouldn't hold your breath.

 

But maybe there is hope. I actually saw a few boxes of Winchester 357 and 44 Mag. at my Wal-Mart today.
