deerpark 83 Posted March 7, 2020 Too bad that the judge didnt grant the injunction. Especially since the judge has already said that the law is unconstitutional on its face. Another example of the system protecting itself.
deerpark 83 Posted March 7, 2020 And lets be honest. With regards to search warrants, 4th Amendment protections are essentially nullified. 98% of warrants are approved by the magistrate. A search warrant has now become a formality. It should be next to impossible for the State to enter and search a man's home without his permission. deerpark 83 Posted March 7, 2020 And the double standard that they stated in no uncertain terms that if the defense did what the prosecution did, theyd be facing criminal penalties. This is exactly why the "justice" system no longer has any valid authority or legitimacy. Why people are turning to mass non-compliance and jury nullification. Its one set of rules for them and a different set of rules for us. Laws are for thee not for me.

(I paid extra for the custom white and the acog I already had). I'm pairing up with my custom "Stormtrooper" Wilson Combat 9mm.
