The worst part is...I'm originally from Ohio...my step dad was a gun dealer. At one point he had this cool .22 "assault" rifle with a drum on it. 250 rounds I think. It was great. Now I see something like this and think "nice, can't have it". sigh.

The official statement from ATI customer service was (on another forum). A representative from ATI stated production and distribution would not be affected by this lawsuit.

 

And yes they are legal in NJ I have the rifle.
