Copper Custom took my order paid in full with postal money order but has not shipped my X95 yet... I assume if they did not ship to NJ they would have said something... My FFL does compliance work so he accepts non compliant firearms.. My concern now is all the 3-5MOA accuracy reports on the x95... I was not expecting a snipper rifle but 2MOA with quality ammo does not seem unrealistic. Since the bolt and trigger between the Tavor and the X95 are interchangeable I assumed the accuracy would be about the same. Is there any chance this is something IWI can fix? If not I was thinking about canceling the order and getting an LWRC IC A5.

I applied for a few PPP's last week. The Fireams PO called to ask if I began the online background check. The last time I got PPP's in my town the did the finger prints and background check them self. Any case I said no and he advised I needed to do it and that he would drop off the instruction sheet in my mailbox during his next shift. That was 4 days ago. I could not find anything online about the process. Can someone save me a trip back down to the police station? I assume it is just a website? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I got a good deal on an FD16 Tavor for $1599 with first responder discount but have not pulled the trigger yet... Main reason is I started researching again and see the X-25 micro Tavor is coming soon.. I like that the mag release is more AR style. Does anyone know when it will hit the shelves? Will the trigger be better? Will aftermarket T21 triggers fit? Their is supposedly many interchangeable parts. Is it any lighter? The T21 is a little heavy... Any thoughts on waiting or just getting one now?

Wilderness EMT class is terrific.... A lot of what it covers would be outside an EMT's authorized scope... For example until just recently we were not allowed to carry/administer baby aspirin on the ambulance to someone who was thought to be having a heart attack. But If they had there own aspirin we were supposed to advise they take it ASAP. A lot of people would have Tylenol/Advil handy but not Aspirin. Even if you are not a wilderness type... Think Natural disaster.... Anytime EMS services might be delayed significantly and you need to improvise

NJ EMS levels are: 1) First Responder 2) EMT 3) Paramedic There are no longer EMT-Basic and EMT-Advanced ratings.

I would do the NRA basic pistol it will meet requirement for FL, AZ and CT. Which is a nice combination to have. The UT CCW is no longer the goto Non-resident CCW to get since it does not cover your in PA any more although it is cheap. FL is a good value especially since it is good for 7 years. AZ is worth while since it covers you for those Las Vegas weekends in NV CT is close enough to take advantage of regularly.

I posted a thread with pictures of the police walking up to me and TSA searching my luggage when it happened at LGA one time as well. Guess i just look like a criminal. I never had a problem the police just asked a few questions.

Every time I have flown out of Newark the airline baggage check in counter calls the police "Just to check everything" prior to being escorted to TSA for them to check everything. There is no way to avoid the police showing up on scene. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

When i lived in NY (long Island) friends were were members of 24/7 ranges. They were always headed to one.

I think you will happy with it.. But the Pro Chucker 7. Is expensive when you factor in multiple heads/plates. Each head is like $250 since it includes a powder measure. You can not buy them separate yet. Other then that once it is dialed in it runs fine... I did break a few primer slides but once I smooth out a few burs it runs great.

The last used handgun I got at Meltzers was placed into a plastic grocery bag and they tied the two handles together. I was told to place it in the back of my SUV and go straight home...
