And, an update to my previous May 12th post in this thread on the 20% rebate:

When I saw the SGAmmo email this morning, I emailed them to tell them that as of June 30 Winchester and/or their agent claimed they never received my last rebate application in the U.S. mail that I sent in six weeks previously.

Within 5 minutes Mitchell at SG emailed me back, said he checked my rebate status, that the rebate was approved as of 7/15 and that the check was on the way! I double checked, and sure enough that's what the 'lookup your rebate' page said. That despite the fact that on June 30 the rebate status was not there. So sometime in the next two weeks they 'received' it, processed it, and approved it. Bottom line: it took over eight weeks and the status was apparently not updated until they actually processed it.

So I ordered a case from SG for this rebate and thanked them for their attention.

Note that he says rebates are taking around twelve weeks to arrive, once processed. My issue with the first rebate is they didn't start 'processing' it until eight weeks after I mailed it. The second rebate they logged received in less than a week. But I'm past eight weeks now on both of them being mailed once acknowledged.

Well, one of my two rebates arrived, twenty-one weeks after submission.

• Order placed 5/12
• Form and UPCs mailed 5/17
• Web site acknowledgement posted 7/15  (+8 weeks) "Allow six to eight weeks for processing."
• 10/19  Check arrives 13 weeks later.

The only thing I don't know is if the P.O. delivered it promptly and Repco Logistics let it sit around for eight weeks before looking at it, or the P.O. didn't deliver it for eight weeks.

I still have one more rebate pending. Maybe I'll get that one by 2024. In any event this is my last 'mail in' rebate for Winchester.

That's correct. But that's the page that didn't even update my first rebate to show the check was sent. Basically all it does is acknowledge they received it.

My second Winchester rebate is in today's mail, 14 weeks to the day after they received it.

Never tried a Winchester rebate.  I did try a Remington rebate...twice.  Never heard anything from them either time.  And there's no proof that you mailed the form and UPC codes into them.  They beat me twice, I won't trust a mail in rebate again.

I received my Winchester rebate in the mail about 2 weeks ago.  My friend also received his as well.  Pretty happy with the final price. 

On a side note, I have done many ammo rebates in the past and I have been 100% lucky.  Thank the heavens!
