Just pciked up my Smith and Wesson 66

Recommended Posts

So today my boss came back early. I picked up the Smith and Wesson 66 for 300 bucks with aftermarket grips and original box. All I need now is the thumb latch and screw which I ordered today.. He also gave me some ammo. I put the original grips back on. I love the classic look.

Good for you on a great deal and nice gun. I like the older smiths. Would love to get a 66.

I love your revolvers, I see we have similar tastes.

btw, those wood grips are gonna hurt shooting 357 mag loads, but not so much with 38s. So if you plan on shooting alot with that bad boy, you might wanna keep those rubber grips handy.

Thanks a lot. Yeah I cant imagine shooting to many rounds with the wood grips, I just love the way they look. When I go shooting I am definitely putting the rubber grips back on.
