Oleg Volk is the former owner/admin of thehighroad.com and after the controversial split, the owner/admin of thehighroad.us. That aside, he is is certainly an avid photographer with an interest in melding that with his interest in firearms and RKBA as the subject of many of his compositions.

Uhm, Oleg is suing a volunteer administrator(Derek) for stealing his domain. Calling it a controversial split is like calling an F5 tornado "a little dustup". It'd be like Matt registering Njgunforums.com in his name and banning Maksim.
