spfn88 1 Posted October 4, 2011 Anyone have one of these in NJ? I called state police about it and they said it is not "allowed," but I know damn well this is not illegal because it would just be classified as a bump fire, not full auto.
JackDaWack 2,895 Posted October 4, 2011 As is, the stock is legal, has nothing to do with the ability to bump-fire.
vjf915 456 Posted October 4, 2011 There have been SEVERAL threads created about this. Product has been out for a while.
david8613 69 Posted October 4, 2011 I have seen this on other forums, I figured it would be illegal in nj for some reason, but maybe not? PK90, pizza bob, old school what do you guys think?
Pizza Bob 1,490 Posted October 4, 2011 I have seen this on other forums, I figured it would be illegal in nj for some reason, but maybe not? PK90, pizza bob, old school what do you guys think? Since you asked.... I think it's a great ammo waster and a neat gimmick. Practical? Ummmm.....not so much. If you really have to waste that much ammo, the same thing can be accomplished with a rubber band - no need to spend $300 on a trick stock that the BATFE (or their successors) may object to down the road. Adios, Pizza Bob

Well I see Bob chimed in and it makes sense but even if legal now and changed you never know it could get grandfathered in. Now to see what PK90 and OS have to say. My thoughts is along the lines if something sounds to good to be true, it probably is, that and NJ would probbly say it looks to cool, must be illegal. PK90 3,573 Posted October 4, 2011 IMHO, it is legal. Good Luck.
