There is no “standard magazine law” for manual action/non-SA Guns. Ten round mag limits only apply to magazines that fit in a semi-auto firearm.

2C:39-1 Definitions: y.   "Large capacity ammunition magazine" means a box, drum, tube or other container which is capable of holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition to be fed continuously and directly therefrom into a semi-automatic firearm.

You can load 16 rounds into the DP-12. 7+1 in each. Funny how you can put a crapload of shells in a shotgun, but only 10 rounds in a 9mm. Gun laws written by retards who know nothing about guns.

And then how do those short shells factor in?  Not sure if they work in that particular shotgun, but you can fit a crapload of those in most guns.

I think the M&P-12 takes 23 mini-shells. You'll get tired of pumping before you run out of ammo
