Malsua 1,422 Posted January 5, 2012 My normal firewood guy isn't answering his phone, I found a NJ.com article that he was pulled over for DUI. I know he had had license suspened before so I went to vinelink and found that he's in the Morris County Jail. Probably a 2nd or 3rd offense. He's a good guy but he's clearly an alcoholic. I hope he gets into a good program in jail and cleans up his act before he kills someone. Is there any way to find out when his release date might be? Malsua 1,422 Posted January 5, 2012 Hmm, no records found. Maybe he was convicted in December. Thanks. I'll check back in a month.

KpdPipes 388 Posted January 8, 2012 3rd offense is an automatic 45 day sentence. there is a STATE Dept of Corrections database, but I don't believe there is one for the individual counties.
Tosser 61 Posted January 9, 2012 I THINK. You could call the local county correctional institution and they will disclose if someone is an inmate there.

Tactical Turtle 11 Posted January 9, 2012 Normally the county web site, I'm a co in ocean county and from experience its a 90 sentence so if u know his sentencing date you can figure it out. Also u can call the jail and ask for his release date and bail ammount, they normally give it out
