NJScott 15 Posted May 16, 2012 Just curious: I forwarded the FL CCW packet to the state on 3/25/12; they cashed the check on 3/29, and I haven't yet received the permit back as of yet. Has anyone else who applied for it waited as long as this? Thanks, Scott

NorthernYankee 94 Posted May 16, 2012 I mailed my packet on Monday March 5th, on Monday May 14th the recording stated that my permit was issued(i was calling everday after the 60 day mark). So i should have mine this week...right around 75 days.

Krdshrk 3,878 Posted May 16, 2012 Sent for mine on 1/12/12, it was issued 2/2/12. Did you call up their number with the tracking code from your packet?
Sandy 44 Posted May 16, 2012 tracking code from the package ? Mailed mine around 3/25 as well.
Krdshrk 3,878 Posted May 16, 2012 In your FL CCW packet there's a page on it with the application tracking code. You can call them up and use the code to track - it'll give you a status.

NJScott 15 Posted May 16, 2012 I just gave a few of my folders a quick look and didn't see any tracking info page either. It just may have gone south with everything else. Thanks to the others for their time-frame reporting.

NJScott 15 Posted May 17, 2012 Found the tracking number sheet Krdshrk referred to in my packet. Called the automated number and was advised that permit was issued and mailed to me (no date stated).
Krdshrk 3,878 Posted May 17, 2012 Yeah it took about a week for them to mail it to me.
