I think best attempt to contact them again in case they missed the first...if that does not work then post a -1...

I agree, you should post the person who you have an issue with but I would first try and contact them and see if something happened.

 

You never know it cold be a family emergency or something beyond their control that happened.

 

Now if that's not the case, let us all know who they are so we will know who not to do business with.
