NRA Basic Pistol Class

Where are some good places to take it? Or who are some good people to take it with? Not sure if anyone will know but I figured I'd ask.

 

I was thinking about going to Heritage in PA since their website says they have a bunch of H&K handguns to use and I want my first gun to be a 45 Tactical.

For those who mentioned gunforhire, do you know if any H&K pistols will be available through them or do they depend on the range to offer a selection?

My wife and I took ours with GAPPNJ (Green Academy of Personal Protection NJ) at Range 14 and it was great. Just another option. I was going to try GFH but its way too far from me.

I'm not sure where you live, but I know someone who is a NRA certified instructor, ex-PA State Police firearms instructor who will give you the NRA firearms course at Ready-Aim-Fire in Bristol PA. He'll do it one-on-one so you can maximize the experience. PM me if you're interested.
