revolver barrel lenght ???

I am looking to get a revolver with my other permit and would like to get your guys opinions on which do you think would be better 4inch or the 6 inch ..

I have both a 3 and 5 inch barreled revolver...that being said I would think that you would have to decide the primary purpose of the firearm. All around a 4 inch is most practical IMO.

I prefer a 6" but honestly a 4" is great too. You just have to have both eventually.

I would look @ ruger gp100 4". built like a tank. or a sp101, with 3" is a nice shooter also.

A 4" 357 is the best all around handgun made (which I've said more than twice). You can use it for just about anything. A GP100 or 686 would be my first choice. I would buy a Taurus if it were priced right.

if i was to get one, it would be a 4" barrel to start with..  GRIZ's choices are top notch as well..  GP100 or SW 686 are great revolvers..
