I've been generally dissatisfied with this outfit. Their mosinis are ok, but 2 of the 5 I ordered from them have pitted barrels.

 

My real gripe with them was over a CZ82. Paid $10 extra for a hand select. Looks like it had been dragged through a gravel pit. Shot accurately the two times I took it out, but the muzzel end is pitted. And while cleaning it the other day, the slide stop spring came out. I've ordered a new one but I hear they're a bitch to install.

 

I've come to the conclusion, the hard way, that I will not buy another used gun through the mail.

Aim and JG are both supposed to be pretty good.

Wideners had them for 115 the other day. That's who it was. As far as aim and jg, they're both good. I've gotten one from each of them in the past and they were what I was expecting.

I bought an M44 and a hex 91/30 from AIM. Both times paid the extra $10 for hand pick, and in both cases was very impressed by the condition. Clean bores, no rust, functionally perfect. Wood has "character" as you'd expect with a 70 year old gun.
