What was that bit about "been around the world twice[...] large caliber man, small caliber bullet and I'm a truck driver, with brakes that go Sst sst" and stuff?

 

Was that a SEAL pledge or something? It wasn't explained at all.

I noticed Marcus in the scenes.

Just saw the movie this past weekend (finished the book on Friday). The Book was OUTSTANDING, the move was great but loved the book much more.

I've decided I will wait till I can redbox the movie for a night.  I have heard mixed reviews about the movie and the majority of people said the book was much more descriptive (they usually are).

Saw the movie a few weeks ago and enjoyed it. So much so that I went out and bought the book on Kindle. I've probably only read (for leisure) less than 20 books in my life but this one was great. A very quick and descriptive read.

 

Now I'm actually onto Chris Kyle's American Sniper.

I watched a preview on hbo I think. It was one of those shows of making the movie. It looked really cool, and to see the families thoughts and feelings made it more personal. I plan on waiting for red box too.

I finally finished the book and I have no words.

 

I think everyone should at least see the movie.
