I use Tropiano and Sons in Raritan for almost everything. They have a watch maker on staff. Their prices are usually on the lower side, and the quality is phenomenal.  They have even made some custom pieces for me.

I use G. W. Jewelers in Milltown. I have yet to encounter something he cant fix

I give my quartz Tag to Roman Jeweler's in Flemington, but I know they send it out somewhere.

 

My autos haven't needed servicing in a while but I was considering Govberg's mail-in service http://www.govbergwatchrepair.com/ for the next time (they'll do quartz too)
