Last round of 3 I got took 17 days, Borough of Hopatcong. I guess living in a pro gun county like Sussex has its perks... I feel bad for the guys living in blue counties. Start talking to people and get them voting for the right candidates.

Which Franklin Twp?

 

Franklin in Hunterdon and Warren are a good chunk Republican, Franklin in Somerset (where I am) is mostly Democrat. But we have a Republican mayor for some reason.

There is a Franklin Borough in Sussex county as well. But 34 days really isn't bad. I wouldn't complain about that either. Especially when I hear horror stories guys tell from other towns and cities. 6 months, 9 months, home visits to references, references having to come down to HQ in person, ridiculous craps like.that.

34 days is nice I dropped off my pistol permit about two weeks ago and one of my references just got his letter today.

I turned my last set of forms in on Tuesday, 18 March.

I got the "your permits are ready" call on Monday, 7 April.

That's 15 business days.

I went and picked 'em up on the 8th

Wow! I just turned in the application for 3 more into Madison today. I asked if it's still around 2 months, and the response was "yes, but maybe a bit shorter"

 

Sounds favorable, but I'm not holding my breath!
