njJoniGuy 2,133 Posted October 15, 2016 I have a Bond Arms Texas Defender with barrels in: .45ACP .45LC/3" .410 .40S&W .357mag/.38spl .22LR They are fun to shoot, however with anything larger than the .22, the rubber oversize grips make things a lot nicer. It's a real handful esp with 3" .410's
HuntingPaper 62 Posted October 15, 2016 That's the model with trigger guard right? How's the 357 barrel? njJoniGuy 2,133 Posted October 16, 2016 It's got the removable trigger guard (which I have removed) The trigger design requires the trigger to be pulled more down than back, so it's much easier without the trigger guard in place. With .38spl's it's much easier to handle than with full house .357's All my barrels are 3" exc for the .45LC/.410 which is 3.5"

fishnut 2,358 Posted October 16, 2016 I have a .22 short. I've never shot it though. It's pretty old, 1880's I think and it's way out of time. Its a cool display piece though.
HuntingPaper 62 Posted October 16, 2016 What, no 9mm? Sent from an undisclosed location via Tapatalk. I was thinking on that too. It shouldn't be so bad recoil wise Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Screwball 483 Posted October 16, 2016 My father is planning a Bond Arms with one of his permits... ordered a SIG P938 for his other. I like the small pistol idea, but not a fan of Derringers. I got a NAA Sidewinder Convertible with my last set of permits... and very happy with it. Cute revolver. [emoji41]
