Springfield XDm...why no 10/15rd mags???

I am in the market for a new 9m striker fired pistol and LOVE the look and feel in hand of the XDm 9mm 4.5". But, as we all know, SA does not make or offer either 10 or 15 round magazines for this model. Anyone know why?? Can their factory 19 round be pinned/blocked to 15rd to make NJ lega?

Yes - they can be blocked to 15 rounds.

I know @PK90 and @remixer do this.  Other forum vendors most likely do as well

They don't sell one with a 10 rounder because the XDM was removed from CA's roster of approved handguns. So as far as they're concerned, there isn't a large enough market to warrant offering one with limited capacity.

Not a clue, didn't read/dig into it that far. Just googled "xdm 9mm CA" and saw a few statements that it was removed.

Oddly enough though, they do offer a NJ model off the 9mm XDm compact. It comes with two 13 rounders instead of a 13 and a 19.
