nondisclosure 55 Posted June 7, 2019 anyone use this method of making a stock "fixed"? opinions? legality wise i believe this would be fine? seems like a better way than using a pin on a stock, and of course would require tools (allen key) to move the position of the stock. https://www.rangeroll.com/stocklok-info/
ChrisJM981 924 Posted June 11, 2019 Changed my mind... Legally it could go either way.
njJoniGuy 2,131 Posted June 11, 2019 I watched the video and it looks like a winner to me under PRNJ dictates. Their pricing sucks IMHO
shooter28 153 Posted June 11, 2019 Its legal but there's a better and easier way to accomplish the same thing without disassembling the stock internals. Only $6 too https://www.opticsplanet.com/strike-industries-ar-stock-stop.html

DirtyDigz 1,812 Posted June 12, 2019 With the SI Stock-stop, aren't you limited to certain positions? If I wanted my stock fixed all the way forward, could I still use the stock-stop?

So you cut it where you want, install each end of the insert into the far ends of the channel, then slide the stock over until it engages the only exposed slot. Alex V 99 Posted June 17, 2019 Just unpinned a bunch of stocks. Moving out of NJ was the greatest decision ever! Sorry dudes. 1
JBMarV_33 0 Posted June 18, 2019 I'm a huge fan of the SI stock stop. Really threw my local detective for a loop when we saw each at the range the other day. He is used to the old fashioned way and is surprised that both ranges and civilians are coming up with newer ways to meet the BS requirements here in NJ without destroying their rifles or magazines.
