it's easy to qualify..if you have an NJ hunter license it qualifies you, join the GCA and you are good to go.

NJ is one of the only states CMP takes the hunter liscense for marksmanship activity since we have to shoot to get a license...kinda odd that NJ anything is helpful right?

It looks like the Florida CCW will work as it has a training requirement. Also a DD-214 if you were in the military.

Seems like pot luck for over $700 since you won't know the manufacturer or it's condition.

The new limit is ONLY 8 per year. They must still have lots of Garands.
