The 3rd Circuit is hearing oral arguments for a preliminary injunction in the Delaware AWB and Magazine ban consolidated case TODAY, Monday, 03/11/24.  Scheduled start at 1:00 PM.

you have to hand it to the dems, they've already won. pass unconstitutional law after unconstitutional law and it doesn't matter whatsoever because in the 7-8 YEARS it takes for it to make its way through the court systems, the law is in full effect. it may eventually get tossed, or it may not, but either way, the damage is done

Oops, you're right!  I was in a rush between work calls and got confused. Delaware, not us!

Our NJ Anti-Carry/Bruen response bill is waiting for 3rd circuit appeals to issue a judgement on whether to stay Bumb's partial injunction or not.

there is no reason ordinary citizens need them? 1, it's not about need. 2, if we don't need them, then neither does ANY branch or level of law enforcement. if they need them, then so do we.
