Is my CZ75b Magazine ok? (VID Fixed)

When I got my CZ75b Brick Armory kept the mags and ordered me new ones. I went and bought a 10 round CZ85 mag and have been using it. It works just fine, I have been only loading it with 9 rounds because of a little problem. When I put in a 10th round in it makes a jingling sound. Is there something wrong with the mag? It works perfectly with 9 rounds and shoots just fine. I have not fired it with all 10 rounds because I am not sure what would happen. Any Ideas?

The sound is probably the spring at a certain position. Nothing to worry about.

My 14 round CZ P-01 mags do the same thing depending on how many rounds are loaded. There is a whole thread on this on the CZ forum. It's no big deal unless you're trying to be stealthy If so, just remove one to stop the rattle.

a few of my XD-9 mags do that when full.. I usually just slap it on my hand and it stops rattling. No problems feeding in the XD

I always keep my mags loaded one or two rounds shy of their max limit. Old habit I guess.

It makes it easier to place/confirm a seated magazine if the bolt is already closed (a hot weapon). Most mishaps with rifles/firearms are either operator error or magazine related... add in stress situations, its just a hot mess. So, its a little trick to resolve a bit of both issues.

That makes sense. I always thought it was due to the fact that the magazines are usually over used and the springs are week.
