Nj complient Complete uppers???

Hey guys,

 

Im looking for a nj complient post ban complete upper. I'm having no luck in the search.

 

Im going for the complete upper because i never built one of these before. I am pretty handy, so hopefully someone will convince me to build it myself...

 

Any suggestions?

i just ordered a blem bcm complete lower for $270 from G&R tactical....

They will remove the bayonet lug and pin and weld a muzzle break at request, have mid-length and carbine length gas systems on 16" barrels with 1/7 twist.

You can get one from delton as well starting at $395 (1/7 CL pinned & welded is $475) http://www.del-ton.com/Custom_Upper_p/cu104.htm and just make sure you check the options of no bayo lug front site and the pinned and welded comp, along with any other options you might want
