Well doesn't that just suck for me! I got the notice in the mail yesterday that my P2P's are finally ready (nearly 7 weeks later). I'm doing a happy dance, thinking that I'll have a chance to rescue my Glock 19 from protective custody today, assuming my local police HQ is open today; and then I remembered this thread. So now it looks like it's not going to happen until next week.

It's the horns. They always confuse people. It's tough because I have almost no hair, and there's not really any way to hide them, so I'm always trying to explain that they're a sign of resolve and virility, and not so much representative of an association with the forces of evil.

Turned out to be a moot point to me, because my local PD was closed today, so I couldn't even pick up the permits.
