This stuff is great, buffed some into the contact areas on my berettas slide and it's like night and day!

 

Very smooth and crisp, feels like its rolling on ball bearings now.

Yes it is, I like it also, but remember a little goes a long way, a little too much and it can cause problems, don't ask.

I use grease on my rails too, stays put longer and feels smoother

Haven't used it, but thanks for the heads up. I've been using Magnalube-G. About $20 shipped for a 1lb can. For guns would last a lifetime. I also use it for other things like the garage door opener, rails, reloading equipment, and pretty much anything else that needs a stay-put multi-purpose excellent grease.

I use the tetra grease on anything that slides and breakfree CLP on everything else. I've been tempted to try the weapon shield line of products but im afraid of the old"if it aint broke, dont fix it"

Tetra works ok, but I much prefer SlideGlide. Same principle, better implementation, IMHO.

got curious and looked tetra up on ebay and it shows something like 20 different "kinds" from guns to di-lectric to industrial.... I'm guessing its all the same and its just a marketing thing?
