What do I need in my safe?

Currently, just my firearms and some docs.

A large pack of those dessicant(sp?) beads

miscellaneous AR parts

 

basically, what do I need to ensure proper storage.

 

Safe is a 12ish gun Safe by centurion(the one that was on sale at lowes last year) and is being stored in the basement.

Definitely need desiccant, but if keeping in the basement I would look into a powered de-humidifier since my "rechargeable" bags indicate that they're all used up after less than a week, and my basement never gets any water in it.

No rusting or any issues with my guns, using these dehumidifiers. They soak up moisture very well and they recharge very easily so I can put them right back to work.
