ruger9 0 Posted November 22, 2012 Looking to get some 20 round mags (which I don't have yet) pinned to the legal 15 round limit. Is this a DIY thing, or do I have to take it somewhere? Also... I've read there is no such thing as "pre-ban" in NJ, so that would mean and pre-ban 20-30 rounds mags would be illegal, if if they are "pre-ban"? Correct?
