Is this a high quality receiver? I've been told there's not much variation in quality. True?

not sure if it's the same lower as the ones in the ar15 thread, which was made by aero precision. none the less, its' still a great deal giving current situation. one thing I do have to complaint...PSA takes forever to ship. I'm still waiting for them to ship my last order placed on 02/26...
