Does anyone know if this is 5.56? Model # shows 223 and they stamp theirs on the other side of the pic shown. Thx

Pretty sure it's a multi caliber lower. That's just the model of the lower.

The lower itself has nothing to do with the whole don't shoot 5.56 out of a 223 barrel.

 

You can "configure" almost any caliber out of a standard AR lower. Expect for your big boy rounds.

 

If you want to shoot 556/223 out of this lower you are good to go.

Just finished a build with this Seekins forged lower. Thing is solid. I paid a little more for mine but don't regret it one bit.

Seekins Precision stuff is top notch. Just built a lower from the forged SP15. Waiting for the billet Seekins SP223 to get back in stock for another build. Want to compare and contrast.
