Can they pin all sorts of mags? I think Midwest only does the PMAGs. Not sure if the Troy is the same.

FFL's can, but the question is to what end, and if they want to take the liability of doing so.

 

Your best bet is to contact the FFL's on here to see if they will take the job.

If you or the FFL paid 14.95 for a 30 Rounder then he has to modify it to only hold 15 or 10 whats that worth?

 

Is it worth 10 - 12 bucks per mag to have them modified?

Goes back to what we are talking about. You have to figure time + resources to do so. Knowing that, the answer is yes. Because realistically, that is what it will take to get it done..

I'm pretty sure the last batch of mags I got were right in that area.

There is no question that $27.00 15rd mags (AR/AK) would sell faster than you could convert them.
