Aguila at Midway Decent price, multiple bricks can be ordered

Recommended Posts

As of a few minutes ago, I was able to order three bricks (different types), and the shipping stayed unchanged, at about $15 for all three.

Sorry-should have specified 22 LR in the thread title.

  • Why could they have not had this yesterday when I wanted a bag but did not fell like the crazy shipping prices...Oh well next time... I have shot the 38 gr stuff and it shoots good in my gun but Midways shipping really kills unless you can buy enough boxes to bring the price down.

Just an FYI on the 20grain stuff:

Aguila Super Colibri Armmunition has no powder, relying on only the primer to propel the bullet down the bore. The result is an extremely quiet rimfire round, perfect for close-range pest control or quiet plinking.

I don't know if it shots good, bad or indiferent on semi's.

My friend had these, they wouldn't cycle the semi auto.

Thanks for the heads up.

I needed to order a 7 hole case gauge but didn't want to spend the coin on the extra shipping charges.  I desperately needed some 22, so this worked out.  Now hopefully it cycles in my guns.

The rest of the ammo is pretty good stuff on the Super Colibri Armmunition will not cycle

Crap.

I should have read the info first.  They don't even recommend it for rifles.

I suppose I can trade it to someone with a 22 revolver.

Or call and cancel the order, if the order status isn't showing 'shipped'.

Yea the bullet can get stuck in the barrel of a rifle. If you are using it for pest control in a semi auto pistol you can cycle the action yourself.
