Anyone know of any place to buy a Machete around or near Monmouth County?  I need one for some retaining wall clearing.

Almost any sporting goods store has them.  Harbor Freight has shitty cheapo ones if you just wanna beat it up cleaning up brush off a wall though.  I think its 7 or 8 bucks only...

We have them at the army navy store.  Pm'ed you back.  We have the cheap stuff or the US made Ontario ones.  Full tang, sawback or no sawback we have both.

You can even find them at Walmart. If you only need it one time buy cheap. If its something your going to need for years but quality. There is a big difference in the efficiency between the two. Sadly there is probably local you could get a good one.

Dunno if they still do, but their bayonets use to be laser sharpened. Suckers could split hairs.

I'm still out on the retaining wall using it.  Thing is incredible and has a lot of functionality.  Never thought to use a machete till my landscaper said to use it for what I needed.  The saw on the top works very well too

Go to one of the farmer's markets.  You can get a cheapy for next to nothing and don't need to worry if something happens to it.  I picked on up at either Berlin or Columbus Farmer's Market.
