ogfarmer 138 Posted July 15, 2015 ACLU said that they wanted nothing to do with it. And that it didn't fit their agenda to fight for, with their limited funding. Something along those lines was posted on FB by someone who was contacting them.

71ragtopgoat 23 Posted July 15, 2015 Most crooked state in the nation. Did wannabe Pres Christie even coment on this. Seems his yap is never shut.
Old Glock guy 1,127 Posted July 16, 2015 I hope the NJ2AS has the ACLU on the hotline! Seems that the ACLU loves the First Amendment, but hates the Second, the latter being the determinant here.
jackandjill 683 Posted July 16, 2015 Without saying so, we are already divided into class system. Every class looks after their own. A Govt By Politicians and For Politicians. I was just looking at some financial analysis of all candidates, who raised what etc. Mr. CC has snowball's chance in hell of becoming President in this run. He may be looking for a VP position, but even that is going to be almost impossible. He can neither raise money with big donors, nor has people on his side to raise from small donors. DeerSlayer 241 Posted July 16, 2015 Yeah the ACLU sent us back a letter that basically said "fuck you, we're broke can't afford to represent you. Try hiring your own layer". That was the condensed version lol.
Kevin125 4,772 Posted July 16, 2015 How much does 500 tons of blue stone cost? And how high a pile would that make?
Kevin125 4,772 Posted July 16, 2015 Can a Facial Challenge be filed in a NJ court? And the ACLU is a pack of hypocrites. The only civil liberals they care about are liberal liberties. There has to be a law firm that would take this on. And how the hell are the republicans in the state legislature sitting by and watching this?
revenger 473 Posted July 16, 2015 " Republicans in the state legislature" Ha ha I needed a good laugh this morning. Anyway, where are the NRA's attorneys? Isn't Scott Bach an attorney? Hows the recall effort going, I wonder if they enlisted all the state workers in his district to sign it after all he screwed all of them as well and is going to continue to. mipafox 438 Posted July 21, 2015 Can somebody post the text? I want to see the carve-out for Unions and "public interest" protests. But those are probably preempted by state law anyway if I had to guess.
