Guest Posted August 8, 2009 Here are two of the 9's I have. The Glock 17 and 19. Both are great shooters, easy to clean and the mags from the 17 can be used in the 19 with a sleeve.

rscalzo 3 Posted August 20, 2009 Be careful of those over-grips or slipons.. I had a few officers try them on our S&W third generation models and if the grip had any type of oil or solvent, they would move around a great deal. They also had a habit of moving up and tripping the magazine release on a few. They were banned from use. While in our case it was an attempt to save a few bucks by not having to buy the normal Hodge or Pachmyer replacement grip. In the case of poly guns the options are limited but I'd still look around before using them.
Chad 3 Posted August 20, 2009 very nice collection nick....is that rust I see inside the bbl & chamber of the glock??? Better treat that, rust never sleeps.

nickd308 0 Posted August 20, 2009 the pick of the glock close up was post range, pre cleaning (on top of my camera being outdated ), but i do agree, RUST.... the enemy that NEVER sleeps
Chad 3 Posted August 20, 2009 oh okay....whew! I CRINGE at the sight of rust on a firearm. Although, rust probably wouldn't matter on a glock, it would still shoot.
nickd308 0 Posted August 20, 2009 lol, had to go clean the glock real quick after your comment, but yea its like the ak47 of handguns. originally began as an Anti-Glock guy but after checking the specs and shooting it, i had to go glock.
