Calling all computer / photo guys... lol

 

Is there any way to "un-blur" the words that are blurred here? If not, can you make out what it says? The top word looks like "woodlands" to me....its blurred, but not that bad. The first letter in the second word looks like a B?

 

I was hoping it would be able to be sharpened somehow? I put them here at various magnifications...

I wish I had better news, but that looks irretrievable. There may be services out there that could do something with it, but these are the guys who develop sharpening technology for gov't agencies. Probably not practical for you.

Can't be sharped, and tough to make out. What's the text below it? My Guess is The Woodlands at Buena Vista will ...... can't make out the cut off text. What is this image from? Location?

The first part does look like "woodlands". Is there some way you can narrow down the context of the rest of it to give you a place to start a web search? Google "woodlands at" and narrow it own from there? "Woodlands" looks like a cap W so it's probably a location name.

Looks terminal to me. If it was a specific filter other than blur it might be reversible. I'll give it go when I get to work in an hour or so.
