Gus's Diner - Route 33 Manalapan...

Chicken Diana - Grilled chicken topped with cheese over rice in a white wine sauce with asparagas, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc. Pretty good...here are some before and after photos....I was not hungry to begin with so there were some remnants left over.

Well, I took that picture at a Chinese wedding reception that occurred in Fuyong China.

 

It looks like a bowl of vomit to me. That's the reason I took the picture. Those folks there were just eating it up.
