New to gun ownership, shot .22 rifles as a kid in camp but i've ordered a pistol and looking to get a cheap, fun and realiable bolt action rifle. Well I wont be hunting, so i'm just looking to practice with the pistol and have it for home defense, and I had alot of fun shooting targets when I was younger with the bolt action, so i guess I just want to relive that. They are fairly inexpensive for a good one, and the ammo will not break the bank. Just make sure you do some research before you pick one up, because there are certain things that need to be looked at prior to purchase such as head space, bore, ect.
