There is a more historically correct version of the sights but since the rifle is never going to be exactly the same... I went for the functionally better sights

That's extremely cool. I actually just saw one of those (on the net) a week or two ago.

 

MAN, what those peeps do with 10/22s. Some of the stuff they do, not even including FA, is not legal in NJ at all. I have seen and shot some crazy 10/22 clones of other guns at the range. This aint like it was 10 or 15 years ago with the aftermarket stuff.

I miss my M1 Carbine. I saw that when I ordered my Tech Sites from EAB...the stock is on my wish list however.
